The BGX7101 device combines high performance, high linearity I and Q modulation pathsfor use in radio frequency up-conversion. It supports RF frequency outputs in the rangefrom 400 MHz to 4000 MHz. The BGX7101 IQ modulator is performance independent ofthe IQ common mode voltage. The modulator provides a typical output power at 1 dB gaincompression (Ppoint (IP3?45 dBm respectively. A hardware control pin provides a fast power-down/power-up modefunctionality which allows significant power saving
