Skyworks SKY73012 is an integrated, broadband, high-dynamicrange quadrature demodulator for use in various wirelesscommunication system applications. The SKY73012 can performquadrature demodulation of RF input signals from 400 to3900 MHz directly to baseband frequencies. The quadratureoutputs are differential and can be directly connected to mostcommonly available A/D converters.The high dynamic range and second order Input Intercept Point(IIP2) value of the SKY73012 make it ideal for use in directconversion and low Intermediate Frequency (IF) receivers.Figure 1 shows a functional block diagram for the SKY73012. Thedevice package and pinout for the 32-pin RF Land Grid Array(RFLGA) are shown in Figure 2
